The land/lots segment of the market in Tucson continues to show signs of strength. Given ongoing inventory shortages in the resale housing sector, land to build on remains a solution for some. Land/lots inventory is up slightly over 2023 while closed sales are also higher year-to-date, at a similar rate. The median sale price of the land/lots remains consistent and higher than last year.
