The Catalina Foothills

More commonly known as the Catalina Foothills, Tucson’s north corridor is a lovely, foot-of-the-mountain stretch of rolling hills and elegant homes with panoramic views of the dramatic Santa Catalinas and sparkling city lights. The Catalina Foothills offer predominately 1-acre lots, ranging in price from $250,000 to $1,000,000+. The average price of a lot with city views to the south and mountain views to the north, within the safe confines of a gated community, is about $400,000.00. Homesites are typically deed restricted to ensure view corridors and to preserve the desert flora and fauna.

World-class resort destinations

Anchored by two world class destination resorts – Loews Ventana Canyon and Westin’s La Paloma – the Catalina Foothills is an area brimming with boutique shopping and a variety of upscale restaurants. The Old Pueblo’s largest shopping center, Tucson Mall, is just minutes away, as is Tucson’s high-end boutique mall, La Encantada. There is easy 15 minute access via several north-south roadways to the University of Arizona and into the city proper, while an additional 15 minute drive gets you to the airport or to the heartbeat of downtown Tucson.
