Year-to-date 2024 there were 428 closings, virtually unchanged from year-to-date 2023. Months of Inventory was 13.8, up from 11.7 in July 2023. The median price of sold lots was $153,667 for July 2024, up 24% from July 2023. The Tucson Lot and Land area had 52 new properties under contract in July 2024, up 16% from July 2023.
