There are many issues that affect the buildability of a site. You may want to consider percolation tests, hydrology reports, endangered species studies, soil conditions, an ALTA survey or radon test, or certainly, a general site survey. I can put you in touch with the best, most skilled, and most affordable professionals in the industry.
