Tucson land ranges from dramatic mountainside sites to comfortable, easily build-able sites in family neighborhoods, to large multi-acre sites with a national forest for a backyard.
Tucson is the home of my fulfilling and prosperous second career, one in which I’ve had the opportunity to meet and work with so many wonderful people—from Tucson, the rest of the United States and many other countries around the world.
I provide a complete range of services whether you’re purchasing land for investment or the perfect homesite for your new, custom home.
In today’s economic environment, many people have seen the benefit of diversifying their investment holdings by buying types of assets they hadn’t considered in the past.
Let me accompany you in this process and show you all the steps that you need to take on your way to being a custom homeowner.
It’s simple and fast to find out what your vacant land is worth, because I know the market facts. Let me help you today.
When not advocating for the real estate interests of my clients, you can find me hiking with my wife Holly (who was a hiking guide at Canyon Ranch for several years), playing tennis on my men’s (USTA 4.0 team), volunteering for local social service programs(like Integrative Touch for Kids or Tu Nidito, playing frisbee with my pooch, or performing Board of Director duties or singing in the Bass section at a wonderful local choral group, the Arizona Repertory Singers.) Being food lovers from Chicago, Holly and I are always exploring Tucson’s endless restaurant choices from the (hundreds of local) cantinas to establishments of nouveau and haute cuisine. Tucson has something to please every palate! I’m always happy to share my recommendations.
I knew I would love the desert when I first visited Tucson at the age of ten; it was during Christmas vacation and we flew in from Chicago. As a student at the University of Arizona in 1968, and later as an owner of a real estate company contemplating Tucson land purchases in the early 1980s, this love affair has always been an important part of my life. In 1993, I became a full fledged Tucsonan when I moved here with my wife Holly to continue my real estate career as a specialist with a focus exclusively on homesites and land. Tucson’s wonderful combination of natural beauty, unbeatable climate, cultural depth and diversity has me hooked. Finally, anyone moving here from a large city will appreciate that we don’t have lines for anything. As a boy, I never dreamt that giant saguaros, barrel cacti, ocotillos, washes, rolling rocky terrain, thick mesquite groves, and rugged mountains would become part of my office. Tucson is the home of my fulfilling and prosperous second career, one in which I’ve had the opportunity to meet and work with so many wonderful people—from Tucson, the rest of the United States and many other countries around the world.
