Tucson land ranges from dramatic mountainside sites to comfortable, easily build-able sites in family neighborhoods, to large multi-acre sites with a national forest for a backyard.
Over the past 31 years in Tucson I have been part of two fabulous careers. I moved to Tucson to go to UofA in 1991 on a baseball scholarship with the hopes of my childhood dreams coming true to play professional baseball. This came true when I was drafted by the New York Mets in 1994. I had an amazing but short career, which was cut short by injuries. I moved back to Tucson and the rest is history!
I provide a complete range of services whether you’re purchasing land for investment or the perfect homesite for your new, custom home.
In today’s economic environment, many people have seen the benefit of diversifying their investment holdings by buying types of assets they hadn’t considered in the past.
Let me accompany you in this process and show you all the steps that you need to take on your way to being a custom homeowner.
It’s simple and fast to find out what your vacant land is worth, because I know the market facts. Let me help you today.
My name is Steve Arffa and I am a Licensed Realtor with The Buy Tucson Lots Team. I am from Glendora, CA and moved to Tucson to go to University of Arizona in 1991 on a Baseball Scholarship. I graduated from UofA with a Bachelor’s in Sociology. Fast forward thirty one years and I’m still amazed by our Tucson community, culture, food culture, beautiful landscape and last but not least our amazing UofA sports teams!
Over the past 31 years in Tucson I have been part of two fabulous careers. I was a Real Estate Appraiser and partner with Arffa Appraisal for 14 years, which was founded by my dad. He retired and I took over as managing partner after his 41 year career. I soon found myself drawn to getting my real estate license as this is something in my blood. My grandma was the first female realtor in Syracuse, NY.
My extensive experience in single-family residential and commercial appraising provided a strong foundation for my career in real estate sales. Real estate appraising prepared me to help clients analyze current marketing strategies along with analyzing all the markets throughout the Tucson area. Appraising commercial properties and more specifically vacant single family residential lots as well as vacant land subdivisions helped with the transition into being part of The Buy Tucson Lots Team.
So, between appraising and selling real estate it’s been a remarkable and rewarding career in Tucson. I believe the most rewarding aspect of real estate, whether it’s finding a client vacant land or a home, is when we have our initial interaction with a clients wish list and making that come true. This is where my strengths of listening to a clients needs, expertise in the Tucson market comes into play.
