Locals call it a bird sanctuary, with over 200 species of birds observed here. You’ll learn more about the history of the Anza Expedition on your nature walk, as well as the importance of preserving this natural wonder.

Art exhibitions held in the galleries introduce guests to the distinctive Tucson culture, but also extend to the lush gardens. The permanent garden sculptures found throughout the gardens illustrate the southwestern region and greatly complement the desert landscape.
