Before we found Rick, we had been working with a regular house-selling agent, trying to find a lot in the Foothills to build our dream home on. This agent didn’t know that lot market very well, and each week she kept faxing us MLS printouts of lots for sale. We ended up chasing around by ourselves looking at these lots – 99% of which were totally unsuitable for us. This got old real quick.

We thought there must be a better way, so we called Rick, since his ads said he specialized exclusively in lots and land. He said he would go through his database, and using our criteria, select a few lots for us.

A couple of days later, he drove us around to look at the lots he had selected. And although we fiddled around looking at more lots for a couple of more weeks, we ended up buying a lot that Rick had originally shown us on that first day.

During the whole process, there was never any sales pressure from Rick – just efficient service, a real depth of knowledge and expertise, and continual easy-going helpfulness. So if you are looking for a site for your new home, we definitely recommend you call Rick.
